Medium-Dark Roast

Finca Salaca is a balanced coffee with a nuanced side that adds quite a bit of interest to the cup profile. A scent of caramelized sugar and toasted marshmallow melded well together in the dry fragrance. The cup has a very clean profile with raw sugar notes, like demerara and sucanat. Fruits are mild, but come through with more clarity as the coffee cools. Hints of citrus and apple add to this coffee’s vibrant side, and a note of English Breakfast tea gives off a brisk impression. This coffee has a creaminess in texture regardless of roast level.
